Capture after-hours calls
Your phone rang at 9:40 last night. Nobody answered.
Lockynn more business
That call was a job — sometimes the biggest one of the month. Lockynn answers every after-hours call, tells a real emergency from a routine appointment, books the ones that can wait, and texts you the ones that can’t.
- $297 a month, everything included
- Free setup
- First 30 days free
- No contract, cancel anytime
The arithmetic
Missed calls don’t show up on any report.
No invoice is ever generated, so the loss is invisible. It is also the easiest money you will recover this year.
Example
- After-hours calls you miss in a week
- 6
- Share that would have booked
- 1 in 3
- Your average ticket
- $450
Illustrative arithmetic, not a claim about your business. Put your own ticket and your own missed-call count in and you’ll get your own number — that’s the number worth talking about.
What it does
Someone on the phone who never sleeps and never takes a Saturday.
Answers on the first ring
Every night, every weekend, every holiday. No hold music, no voicemail, no callback form that nobody fills in at 10pm.
Knows an emergency when it hears one
You decide what counts as urgent in your line of work, in your own words. The agent triages every call against your rules — and when it isn’t sure, it escalates instead of guessing.
Books the rest
Routine calls land on the next morning’s schedule with the name, address and the actual problem already written down.
Texts you the recap
Every call summarized with a recording and the caller’s number, so nothing has to be asked twice.
The difference
Two calls, twenty minutes apart. They are not the same call.
What counts as an emergency is different in every trade, and you already know exactly what yours are. The agent works from your rules. A generic answering service takes a message for both and lets you sort it out in the morning.
“It’s getting worse by the hour and I’ve got a house full of people. Can somebody come out tonight?”
Captures the details you need and the callback number, then calls and texts you within thirty seconds. If you don’t pick up, it works down your list.
“No rush at all on this one — whenever you’re next in the area is fine.”
Books Tuesday at 8am, confirms by text, and puts it on the schedule with the address and the details. You find out about it over coffee, not at midnight.
While we’re in there
And the website, if it needs it.
Plenty of businesses are still running a site built before anyone owned a smartphone — no mobile layout, a phone number you have to pinch to read, and nothing that tells Google which towns you actually cover. We rebuild it so it loads in under a second, puts the phone number where a thumb already is, and wires the after-hours agent straight into it. Same free setup.
- Loads in under a second on a phone with one bar
- Tap-to-call in the first screenful, on every page
- Service area and hours written where Google will read them
- Emergency call-out front and center, not buried under About Us
- Yours to keep — the site and the domain, if you ever leave
How it works
Live by the end of the week.
- 1
A 15-minute call
What you do, who you serve, and what counts as an emergency in your business. That is the whole of discovery — you will not be filling in a questionnaire.
- 2
We build it. Free.
The agent, your triage rules, and the website if you want it. Three to five days. You hear it and approve it before a single call reaches it.
- 3
30 days free, then you decide
Watch the call log. If it hasn’t paid for itself by day thirty, walk away and owe nothing. No cancellation call, no clawback.
Pricing
One price. Everything in it.
No setup fee, no build fee, no per-call charge, no tiers to compare. The website revamp is part of it, not an upsell.
$297a month
Flat. The same in January as it is in a July heat wave, however many calls come in.
- After-hours AI agent answering every call
- Emergency triage on rules you set
- Bookings straight onto your schedule
- Call summaries and recordings, texted to you
- A complete website revamp — design, build and copy
- Hosting, SSL, and changes whenever you need them
- The agent wired into your site and your phone line
- Your number, your domain, your site — you keep all of it
At a $450 average ticket, a single call the agent saves covers the month with change to spare. That is the whole argument — if it doesn’t clear that bar in the free thirty days, don’t keep it.
If you go over, we tell you first.
The price covers up to 600 minutes of answered calls a month — roughly 200 calls. If your business is busier than that, we come to you and talk about it before it ever becomes a bill, never after.
No overage will ever appear on your statement that you have not already agreed to. That is the entire policy.
Questions
The ones everybody asks.
Is there really nothing else to pay?
No setup fee, no build fee, no per-call or per-minute charge, and no separate hosting bill. The website revamp is included in the monthly price rather than quoted on top of it. One line on your statement, the same figure every month.
Does it sound like a robot?
It sounds like a calm receptionist who is not in a hurry. Callers are told up front they are speaking with an assistant — people dislike being tricked far more than they dislike a machine, and saying so does not cost you the booking.
What happens if it can’t handle a call?
It stops guessing and hands over. The agent has one hard rule: when it is unsure, escalate to a human. It would rather wake you for a call that turns out to be routine than book an emergency for Tuesday.
Do I have to change my phone number?
No. You forward your existing line when you knock off and unforward it in the morning — or we set it to switch on a schedule. Your number, your listings, your business cards all stay exactly as they are.
What happens on day 31?
The monthly price starts, and it is the same number you were quoted on day one. There is no auto-renewal buried in a term sheet and no cancellation fee. If it didn’t earn its keep in the first month, it wasn’t going to, and you keep the website either way.
Who owns the website?
You do, along with the domain. If you ever move on, it goes with you. We are not in the business of holding anyone’s website hostage.
The next one rings tonight.
Fifteen minutes on the phone and you’ll know whether this is worth doing. Free to set up, free for a month, and yours to walk away from.
